The decision to offer security personnel through the platform or to accept security personnel as a recipient of the service is at their sole discretion, decision and designation of either or both parties involved and is constituted as a separate agreement. Acknowledgement is made by you that you provide security services as a free-lance and you are responsible for your own Taxes, Insurance and any other legal and moral requirements. The platform is not responsible or liable for other people’s actions at any time under any circumstances.

Users of the platform are solely responsible for any activities that take place under the users account are not liable or responsible in regard to unauthorized use of any users account. If you suspect unauthorized use of any account you are required to notify the platform as soon as possible. The platform does not claim any possible ownership over your information. Any information is subject to the terms of service, including installing the platform as a taker or service provider on your mobile device that will prompt a permissions list request. Users may have one account and one account only and agree not to share passwords or log in information with others at all times and instances where proof of identity for the use or access the services is required. It is agreed that access can be denied if the user cannot or will not provide one’s own identity.

Notifications

Notifications are sent to users of the platform and you agree to the notifications being sent, knowing that notifications can be discontinued by using the opt-out venue. All Taskers undergo ID and criminal background checks however, as a user of our website, you are responsible for ensuring that any services you request or provide comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Payment and Fees

Users may be required to pay fees for certain services offered on our website. Users shall be responsible for all applicable taxes and other government charges.

Independent Workers

All users that offer to provide services by participating though the platform are independent workers and all recipients of services provided are independent users participating though the platform. Service providers provide freelance services such as security and other related services on the platform by signing up to the platform, signing up represents and warrants the agreement that the user possesses all valid licenses and insurance policies in all jurisdictions that all services are provided.

Compensation

The platform payment system is designed to fully compensate the provider of services using a third party payment services for processing charges such as Stripe, paypal and other third party processers that may be included or deleted and subsequently replaced without notice at the discretion of the platform. As a service provider you are entitled to receive all payments and other applicable fees. You are in agreement that no interest will occur to the net amount that may be required to be held by law. You agree to receive payment of funds transferred to your account by the type of payment method selected by you. In the exchange for your independent access and independent ability to provide services on the platform you agree to the hourly rate setting of the amounts on your own behalf set by you. You agree to the administrative charges and fees set by and payable to the platform per cent commission of your hourly rate settings. The charges and fees may change at any time under the discretion of the platform.

The continued use of the platform and the services provided express your full understanding and agreement to all administrative charges and fees. Receipt of payments to you for services provided and other fees and taxes may occur within your geographical areas of services , that you are solely responsible to pay as an independent worker.

Service Fee

As a request for the services placed by you, it is agreed that any and all changes will be based on the amount of time such services are requested on an hourly rate schedule and the type of services requested in one hour increments. The amount of hours requested for services can be extended charged at the hourly rate if the service provider is in agreement. All extended time will be charged in accordance with the one hour minimum services fee and no time less than. You agree to the increase in hourly base rate fees for the use of services at or related to geographical areas of services or at times of peak demand. All subsequent associated amounts are due before any request for service is provided payable immediately based on the one hour increments reserved or requested and ordered. Charges may include servicer fees taxes if applicable any other fees such as additional tips to the servicer that may be elected and given at time of service. Charges may vary, dependent on the election of a spot booking fee and upon the type of service requested or the length of time the services are requested and booked.

The user recipient of the platform and the services requested are responsible for all changes under the user account whether the user of service is aware or unaware of said charges and or the amounts of charges. Charges paid are final and non-refundable even if the time requested and allocated is not completely used or any time portion thereof one hour. As a receipt of services provided though the platform you warrant and represent the right to provide the platform linking access in connection with service charges to the service receipts billing information summited by the warrantor and representative. All fees will be charged using the payment method designated in your account. A receipt will be sent via email verifying all charges and the amount of all related fees. Service Cancellation

You agree to a cancellation charge to be billed for the first hour reserved based on the hourly rate requested and no more than the incremental close to the nearest hour there after a cancellation request is received. A charge will be accessed to the account that requested the services should that service be cancelled. From the time the request for service was first placed and after the first five minutes any remaining time will be billed at no less than a minimum of one hour. Should a service request be cancelled the cancellation constitutes consent to all applicable charges noted. Other fees can be charged for unseen events as the service is being provided like airport fees, tolls, or fees required by law, state or local applicable taxes. Termination Terms

The creation of a user account makes effective this agreement that the platform may discontinue any access and use of the platform and the use of services at any time, for any reason not prohibited by law. You as a user and account holder have the right to appeal the termination of your account by showing good reason that the termination should not have been initiated. You also have the right to discontinue use of the platform and the services provided for any reason at any time. Self- termination is advised if you are not in total agreement with this document’s terms and conditions of use incorporated herein by reference. Dispute Release

Should a dispute arise between any one or more users of the platform, all users of the platform agree to release and hold harmless any claims or demands of damages, unknown and known, disclosed and undisclosed, and any disputes with and between other users of the platform, agree to release any and all liability to DefenderXpress and all affiliates, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and suppliers. By participating in the platform and service, you waive your rights and any rights you may have under the US, UK civil code and or other countries.

Edit Account Information

The platform allows for the ability to access and update or edit the information held in your account. To update the account, click onto settings on the account menu. There may be some information that cannot be changed so make sure that there are no foreseeable changes. If you do edit your profile or a portion thereof, the updates will automatically change as they are submitted. We will comply with applicable law in the request to access, correct or delete personal information. Representation Restrictions

In regard to your use and repeated participation of services of the platform you agree not to breach the terms and conditions and the documents incorporated by reference. The impersonation of persons or entities, misleading, inaccurate, or illegal use of the platform that infringes any third party rights including intellectual property, allowing the user account to be transferred, sold, or used by any other party or manipulation of identifiers in order to disguise any organization of any transmitted information through the use of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Agreement is made to enforce the terms and conditions including but not limited to all policies and terms of service that govern your use of the platform and the service provided for the purpose for which you provided all information.
